Dear Members,

 

Please find attached to this e-mail the invitation and all the relevant documents for the 2021 European Club Championships. The event will take place in Białystok, Poland from 21 to 25 June 2021.

 

Adaption of regulations

Please note that, due to the Covid-19 situation, various regulations were adapted for the 2021 edition:

•               each Member can nominate any 2 (or 3 for Poland) clubs to participate in the event.

•               to be eligible, players must have played for their club in 2019/2020 and/or 2020/2021.

•               each club will be allowed to nominate up to 2 males and 2 females that did not play at least one team match for the club.

 

Intention of participation

We kindly ask each Member to read the attached letter “Intention of participation” and let us know by Thursday 1 April 2021 if they are planning to enter 1 or more teams in the 2021 European Club Championships. If no answer is received by the deadline, it will be considered that you have no intention of entering teams in the event. Based on the answers received, it will be decided if the event can go ahead or not.

 

Entry deadline

The deadline to complete and return the entry form is Monday 13 May 2021. Please send it to events@badmintoneurope.com.
